Charlotte Stories hit the streets a few summers ago in search of a solution to reducing racism in our city.

We asked people if they thought racism and segregation were still a problem here in the south, and we asked what they thought they could personally do to prevent continued racism in the Charlotte and around America;

Given the #BlackLivesMatter protests, the #ADayWithoutImmigrants protests, and Governor Coopers recent decision to remove all Confederate statues, it seems that the topic of racism and segregation are on a lot of people’s minds here in Charlotte.
