A massive $300 million development is set to transform downtown Tega Cay.

The sprawling new 56-acre project, led by Charlotte Living Realty, Kinger Homes, and Latitude 35 Design Group, will feature a new “Main Street” area connecting historic and modern parts of the city.

It will include 100,000 square feet of commercial space, 225 apartments, and 150 homes or townhomes. The first phase, set to open in 2026, will include a food hall, brewery, and restaurants, aiming to boost economic growth and community connectivity.

The mixed-use development will feature apartments above retail spaces, public parks, offices, and amenities, making it a gathering place for residents. The project’s western side between Dam Rd and Stonecrest Blvd will be developed first, offering a brewery, restaurant, and a large outdoor space.

The complete development is expected to serve as a central hub between Tega Cay’s historic peninsula and newer areas in Stonecrest.
