NASCAR legend Kevin Harvick has just snagged a piece of movie history by purchasing the famed Lake Norman mansion, known as the home of Ricky Bobby from the blockbuster “Talladega Nights.”

The Harvicks acquired this luxurious Cornelius residence on October 30 for a cool $6.75 million, according to the Charlotte Business Journal.

Ricky Bobby’s dream house from Talladega Nights sits right on the shores of Lake Norman, it was the setting for many of the most iconic scenes from the 2006 racing comedy, including:

The sprawling Lake Norman estate features 12,042 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and sits on 1.3 acres of prime waterfront property on Cornelius’ Penninsula with 2 full docks. It was initially listed at a whopping $9.9 million back in March. The property has seen its value skyrocket since its last sale of $4 million back in 2018.
