Lennar has just announced the grand opening of its massive new 1,475 acre project in Lancaster.
The new Roselyn development, located along Charlotte Hwy (521), will include about 1,860 homes once fully completed.
The Miami-based homebuilder is holding a grand opening event on May 17 for potential homebuyers.
Planned amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, pickleball courts, and open green spaces.
Roselyn was approved by Lancaster County in 2018 and acquired by Lennar in 2019.
In addition to residential development, the project includes a future 84-acre $73 million regional park, funded by a 2% hospitality tax.
