Panthers legend Christian McCaffrey has just listed his Lake Norman Castle at 154 Tennessee Circle, Mooresville for $12.5 million, which could set a new record for a home sale price in the Charlotte metro region.
The sprawling Lake Norman estate sits on 8.6 acres in southern Iredell County. It features an 11,831-square-foot residence with 6 bedrooms and 7 1/2 bathrooms. The property also includes 2 gyms, a floating boat dock, two garages, and a gated driveway.

“It was such a difficult decision to have to sell this house, but because I’m in the Bay now, I am never there. It pains me letting them go, but that’s life I guess.” said Christian McCaffrey to the Wall Street Journal.
