Charlotte Symphony to Play Free Concert at Fort Mill’s Anne Springs Close Greenway

WHAT: The Anne Springs Close Greenway will host Charlotte Symphony at its tree lined amphitheater on Sept. 24.

DETAILS: Made possible again by a generous donation through the Foundation for the Carolinas in memory of Anne Springs Close, the Charlotte Symphony will return for a free community concert at the Anne Springs Close Greenway on Sept. 24. Live music will adorn the fresh air of the Greenway’s natural acreage.

 Bring chairs, blankets, snacks and friends. Beverages from the Gateway Canteen will be available for purchase from 2-4:30pm. No glass or outside alcohol is allowed, but friendly, leashed dogs are welcome. Please remember to leave no trace.

GREENWAY: Since 1995, the Anne Springs Close Greenway has provided a place for the community to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities. The 2,100-acre nature park located in Fort Mill, SC offers 40 miles of trails and eight event venues, along with three off-site venues maintained by sister properties. The Greenway is owned and operated by Leroy Springs & Company Inc., a 501(c)3 organization that receives no government funding for its ongoing operations and programs.
