The PGA of America today named Atrium Health as the Official Health Care Provider and a Community Partner of the 2025 PGA Championship.

Atrium Health, a nationally recognized leader in shaping health outcomes, will deliver all necessary medical services to ensure a safe PGA Championship for players, spectators and volunteers at Quail Hollow Club, May 12-18.

Atrium Health has extensive experience with large events, having provided medical services at numerous major events in Charlotte, including the most recent annual PGA Tour event– the Wells Fargo Championship. Additionally, Atrium Health (which is part of Advocate Health) and the PGA of America previously partnered to provide a safe experience during the 2017 PGA Championship at Quail Hollow Club.

“The health and safety of our spectators, players and everyone on site at the 107th PGA Championship is our utmost priority,” said Championship Director Jason Soucy. “We are proud to partner with Atrium Health and have complete confidence in their team’s ability to deliver world-class medical care throughout Championship week.”

As the Official Health Care Provider, Atrium Health will have a presence throughout the course, including the Family Care Center, which is an air-conditioned private space on the grounds to provide a comfortable area for parents to feed and change their babies. With private nursing bays and diaper changing stations, Atrium Health is working to ensure families including the youngest golf fans have an enjoyable experience.

In addition, Atrium Health will provide on-site physicians and medical support teams to deliver care to spectators, volunteers, staff and players throughout Championship Week.

“Serving as the Official Health Care Provider for the 2025 PGA Championship underscores the trust in our expertise and our commitment to delivering care at the highest level,” said Dr. Claude T. Moorman, president of Atrium Health’s Musculoskeletal Institute. “Our sports medicine and emergency care teams are unmatched in their capabilities, and we’re proud to bring that same exceptional care to one of the world’s most prestigious sporting events.”
