Black tea has been enjoyed by New Zealanders for many years now and it is the tea of choice that people prefer to start their days with. Many also like to have a quick cup of tea later in the afternoon with maybe a few biscuits or a piece of cake. It is a modern convention that you will find in many New Zealand homes and even though coffee has been trying to push its way in, it has not been successful in this country.
