The Chinese National Team faced a tough warmup ahead of the Paris Olympic Games, playing against the Charlotte Hornets.
Despite fielding second-round picks and G-League talent, the Hornets won convincingly, 93-61. LaMelo Ball and Miles Bridges did not participate, Brandon Miller was with Team USA, and Mark Williams was injured.
Bryce McGowans led Charlotte with 20 points, while Jake Stephens, an undrafted free agent, added 14 points. China struggled, with center Hansen Yang scoring a team-high 12 points.
