Panthers Lose 4th Straight Game To Buffalo – Now 5-9 For The Season

The Carolina Panthers disappointed yet again yesterday afternoon in the frozen city of Buffalo.

Starting QB Cam Newton completed 18 of his 39 passes for 156 yards with 1 passing touchdown and 1 interception, along with 71 rushing yards and 1 rushing touchdown.

In one of the first questions during the post game press conference about a 4th and 1 play, Coach Rhule replied, “that’s just an error by the quarterback,” and later commented, “certainly right now our ability to throw the football down the field’s not one of our strengths.” Coach Rhule did not say who the starting quarterback would be going forward, saying he would have to assess things after getting home and seeing how healthy Sam Darnold is.
